Payment Policy: Paintings ( Prints) may be purchased by wire transfer or cashiers checks. Paintings will be shipped promptly after funds are transferred to into my bank account, however, in the case of cashiers checks, paintings cannot be shipped until the funds have been cleared by the originating bank.
Shipping Policy: Shipping costs and applicable taxes are payable by the buyer. Please contact me for shipping costs, as they are specific to each painting based on the size of the art and the shipping destination. Tracking, signature on delivery, and shipping insurance equal to the purchase price of the painting are all required. No shipments will be made to Post Office boxes or any other addresses where no one will be present to sign for the shipment. The buyer is required to check the shipment immediately for damage and must report any damage to both the shipper and to myself immediately.
Returns: Returns, with full refunds ( assuming there is no damage to the paintings), are accepted up to 21 days from your initial receipt of the painting. In the event of a return, the painting must be shipped with the same care and quality of materials with which it was received. Tracking, signature on delivery, and shipping insurance equal to the purchase price of the painting are all required and must be prepaid.
